Silver and Bronze medals at first KVBC Spring Challenge

During the first KVBC Spring Challenge, on June 15th, seven novelties were trialled by the KVBC’s trial committee. The award ceremony took place a day later on June 16. Four plants received the silver KVBC medal:

• Agapanthus ‘MP003′ (Poppin’ Purple) from Gootjes-Allplant,Heerhugowaard
• Astelia ‘A1’ (Red Shadow) from Hoogeveen Plants, Hazerswoude-Dorp
• Hydrangea macrophylla ‘HORE1644’ (Bella Pesche) from Lendert de Vos, Reeuwijk
• Sempervivum arachnoideum ‘Belsemcob2’ (Colorockz Arctic White) from Belgicactus, Westerlo, België

Hydrangea macrophylla ‘HORE140103’ (Magical Jewel) from Kolster, Boskoop, and Rhodoxis hybrida ‘Anne201406’ (Fairy Snow) from Gebr. Th & W Alkemade, Lisse, received a bronze medal.
