Everything revolves around assortment at the Royal Boskoop Horticultural Society (KVBC).
New varieties are trialled and the society helps its members to make choices within the assortment.
It does this through :

In its 150-year existence the KVBC has become a nationwide operating organization with foreign members and international collaborations. Members are, amongst others:

- Trading companies
- Gardeners and landscapers
- Horticulturalists and plantlovers
A membership costs € 80,00 for members outside the Netherlands. Member benefits are:
